Portraits by Becky: Commission process

The best way to start your portrait journey is to get in touch with me. There are lots of ways to get in touch with me. You can fill out a contact form on my website, chat through social media or send me a message on WhatsApp. 

There are a few choices to make about your commission, including size, whether it’s a canvas or print you’d like and details like background colours. I’m here to talk through all the options and nothing is printed till you’re 100% happy. 

Don’t worry if you’re not sure if the photo/photos you have aren’t good enough. You can send me as many pictures as you’d like and I can merge them all together to create the perfect pet portrait for you. 

Payment for commissions is through PayPal or bank transfer. I’ll send you the details on once you’re happy to order. I don’t use a shop feature on my website as it’s an average £250 more a year to run! So I keep my prices down this way. 

Your artwork takes between 1-3 days to complete. Then I will send/email over to you an artwork proof for you to approve. If there is anything you’d like changing at this point I will go ahead and alter it. No art is printed till you’ve approved it. 

Once approved your artwork will then be produced. Artwork prints are delivered within 2-3 days. Canvases and framed prints are sent off to be manufactured and take up to 7 working days (usually delivered within 5). Digital files are emailed same day.
